Ghafix Social Privacy Policy

Information we process

Ghafix Social processes the Salla merchant identifier, app authorization information required to operate the integration, and the social links and display preferences entered by the merchant.

How information is used

We use this information only to authenticate the installed app, save merchant settings, display configured social buttons on the merchant storefront, provide support, and maintain service security.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell merchant or customer information. Information is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to host and operate the service, or when required by law.

Retention and deletion

Settings are retained while the app is installed or as needed to provide the service. App uninstall events are used to remove merchant data associated with the installation. A merchant may also request deletion through support.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect stored information. Merchants should not enter passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information into social-link fields.
